How to Track Your Order on Kingston Express

Tracking your order on Kingston Express is quick and easy. Once you place an order, you can follow its progress from confirmation to delivery — all from your account.

Step 1: Log in to Your Kingston Express Account #

To track your order, you must be logged in.

  1. Go to the Kingston Express website
  2. Click My Account
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click Log In

Step 2: Go to “My Orders” #

After logging in:

  1. From My Account, click Orders
  2. You will see a list of all orders you have placed

  4. Click View

Step 3: Check Your Order Status #

Once you open your order, you will see its current status.

Common Order Statuses Explained #

  • Pending Payment – Payment has not been completed
  • Processing – Payment received, seller is preparing your order
  • On Hold – Seller or admin needs to review the order
  • Completed – Order has been delivered or fulfilled
  • Cancelled / Refunded – Order was cancelled or refunded

Step 4: View Delivery or Tracking Information #

Some sellers may provide additional delivery details such as:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number
  • Delivery notes or instructions

If available, this information will appear inside your order details page.

🔔 Note: Not all sellers use courier tracking. If you don’t see tracking info, you can contact the seller directly.

Step 5: Contact the Seller (If Needed) #

If you have questions about your order:

  1. Open your order
  2. Scroll to the Vendor / Store information
  3. Use the Contact Seller or messaging option
  4. Send a polite message with your order number
