After placing an order, you’ll see different shipping statuses as your package moves from the seller to you.
Each status tells you what’s happening right now and what to expect next.
Where to Check Your Shipping Status #
You can view your shipping status at any time:
- Log in to your Kingston Express account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click View on your order
- Look at the status shown at the top


Pending Payment #
What it means:
Your order was created, but payment hasn’t been completed.
What to expect:
- The seller will not ship the order yet
- The order may be cancelled if payment isn’t completed

Processing #
What it means:
Payment is confirmed and the seller is preparing your order.
