These Dispatched by Kingston Express (“DBKE”) Terms govern the provision of dispatchment services by Kingston Express to sellers who enroll in DBKE.

These Terms form part of the Marketplace Seller Agreement and are binding on all participating sellers.

Seller participation in Dispatched by Kingston Express is subject to the Dispatched by Kingston Express (DBKE) Terms, as updated from time to time

1. SCOPE OF DBKE SERVICES #

Under DBKE, Kingston Express provides logistics and dispatchment services only, which may include:

Inventory intake and storage
Order picking, packing, and dispatch
Delivery coordination
Returns handling where applicable

DBKE does not make Kingston Express the seller of record.
Sellers remain fully responsible for their products.

2. INVENTORY INTAKE RULES #

Sellers must ensure that all inventory delivered to Kingston Express:

Matches the corresponding product listings exactly
Is lawful, authentic, and compliant with all policies
Is undamaged, unused, and sale-ready
Meets Kingston Express intake specifications

Kingston Express may reject, return, or dispose of inventory that fails intake requirements.
Associated costs may be charged to the seller.

3. PACKAGING & LABELING STANDARDS #

All DBKE inventory must:

Be securely packaged for storage and transport
Be clearly labeled with required identifiers (SKU, barcode, or equivalent)
Not include third-party marketplace branding
Comply with hazardous goods and safety rules where applicable

Non-compliant inventory may be relabeled, returned, or rejected at the seller’s expense.

4. STORAGE FEES & LIMITS #

4.1 Storage Fees #

Sellers may be charged storage fees based on:

Space occupied
Volume or weight
Duration of storage

Rates are published in Seller Central or applicable fee schedules.

4.2 Storage Limits #

Kingston Express may impose:

Inventory quantity limits
Long-term storage thresholds
Seasonal or capacity-based restrictions

Sellers may be required to remove excess or slow-moving inventory.

5. LOSS & DAMAGE LIABILITY (CAPS) #

Kingston Express is not an insurer of seller inventory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Liability for loss or damage occurring while inventory is in DBKE custody is limited to the lesser of:
- Replacement value of the affected units, or
- The applicable liability cap published in Seller Central

Kingston Express is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Lost profits or business interruption
Manufacturing defects or inherent product issues

6. DISPOSAL & INVENTORY REMOVAL #

6.1 Seller-Initiated Removal #

Sellers may request inventory removal subject to:

Applicable fees
Processing timelines
Operational constraints

6.2 Kingston Express Disposal Rights #

Kingston Express may dispose of inventory that:

Is abandoned
Poses safety or legal risks
Cannot be returned after reasonable attempts
Violates platform policies

Disposal costs may be charged to the seller.

7. SERVICE-LEVEL DISCLAIMERS #

Dispatchment timelines are estimates only
Kingston Express does not guarantee delivery times
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Capacity limits
- Courier issues
- Force majeure events
- Operational constraints

Kingston Express may prioritize or suspend DBKE services to protect platform integrity.
