These Payments, Fees & Promotions Terms explain how payments are processed, how fees are applied, and how promotions operate when you purchase products through the Kingston Express platform.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS #

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & SETTLEMENT #

7.2 Resolution #
Where a chargeback is resolved in favor of Kingston Express:
- The charge will remain
- Any refunded amounts may be reversed
Where resolved in favor of the buyer:
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the payment provider’s rules
7.3 Account Impact #
Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account review
- Restrictions
- Suspension
8. PRICING ERRORS & ADJUSTMENTS #
If a pricing error occurs:
- Kingston Express reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order
- You will be notified and refunded where applicable
9. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS #
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Use of such services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.
