Option 1: Find Your Order Number in Your Account (Logged-In Users) #

If you created an account before placing your order, this is the easiest method.

Steps: #

1. Log in to your Kingston Express account
2. Go to My Account
3. Click Orders
4. Select the order you need
5. Your Order Number appears at the top of the page

Option 2: Find Your Order Number in Your Email #

After placing an order, Kingston Express automatically sends an order confirmation email.

Check the following folders: #

• Inbox
• Spam / Junk
• Promotions (Gmail users)

What to look for: #

• Subject line like “Your order has been received”
• The Order Number near the top of the email
• Order details including items and total

Option 3: Guest Checkout (No Account) #

If you checked out as a guest, you will not see orders in an account dashboard.
