What to Do If Tracking Isn’t Updating

If your tracking information hasn’t changed in a while, it can be worrying — but this is actually very common. In most cases, your order is still moving and will update soon.
This guide explains why tracking may not update, what you should check, and what to do next.
Step 1: Check Your Order Status First #
Before relying on tracking, confirm your order status.
- Log in to your Kingston Express account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click View on the order
- Check the order status at the top of the page


📌 If your order is still Processing, it may not have been shipped yet.
Step 2: Understand Why Tracking May Not Update #
Tracking may not update for several normal reasons:
- The courier has not scanned the package yet
- The package is in transit between locations
- The seller uses local or manual delivery
- Tracking updates only once per day
- Weekends or holidays cause delays
