Order Statuses Explained on Kingston Express

When you place an order on Kingston Express, it goes through different order statuses.
Each status tells you exactly what is happening with your purchase — from payment to delivery.

Where to See Your Order Status #

You can check your order status at any time:

  3. Click View on your order
  4. Your order status appears at the top of the page

Pending Payment #

What it means:
Your order was placed, but payment has not yet been completed.

What to do:

Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not completed.


Processing #

What it means:
Payment has been received, and the seller is preparing your order.

What to expect:

  • Order packaging
  • Seller confirmation
  • Delivery preparation

On Hold #

What it means:
Your order needs manual review by the seller or admin.

Common reasons:

Completed #

What it means:
Your order has been successfully delivered or fulfilled.

What to do:

  • Check your items
  • Contact the seller if there are any issues

This is the final status for most delivered orders.

Cancelled #
