This Reviews, Ratings & User Content Policy governs the submission, display, moderation, and removal of reviews, ratings, comments, and other user-generated content on the Kingston Express platform.

This Policy applies to buyers, sellers, and all users of the Platform.


1. PURPOSE #

Reviews, ratings, and user content help buyers make informed purchasing decisions. To maintain trust and integrity, Kingston Express sets clear standards for acceptable content and reserves the right to moderate and enforce this Policy.


2. USER CONTENT DEFINED #

“User Content” includes:

3. CONTENT STANDARDS #

User Content must:

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT #

The following is strictly prohibited:

4.1 Fake or Misleading Reviews #

  • Reviews submitted by individuals who did not purchase or use the product
  • Reviews created using false accounts
  • Reviews posted in exchange for money, gifts, discounts, or other incentives
  • Reviews submitted on behalf of others

4.2 Seller Manipulation #

Sellers must not:

  • Post reviews for their own products
  • Arrange for others to post positive or negative reviews
  • Attempt to influence review content
  • Harass or pressure buyers to remove or alter reviews

4.3 Abusive or Inappropriate Content #

User Content must not include:

  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Threats or harassment
  • Obscene or offensive material
  • Personal data of others
  • Spam or promotional content

5. MODERATION RIGHTS #

Kingston Express reserves the right to:

  • Review, monitor, and moderate User Content
  • Remove or restrict content at its discretion
  • Limit visibility of content pending review
  • Disable review functionality for specific users or products

Moderation may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.


6. REMOVAL CRITERIA #

User Content may be removed or restricted if it:

  • Violates this Policy or other platform policies
  • Is false, misleading, or unverified
  • Contains prohibited content
  • Is posted to manipulate ratings or rankings
  • Relates to delivery issues unrelated to the product
  • Poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

Removal does not require prior notice.


7. REPORTING & REVIEW PROCESS #

Users may report reviews or content believed to violate this Policy.

Kingston Express may:

  • Review reported content
  • Request additional information
  • Take enforcement action where appropriate

Decisions are made at Kingston Express’s discretion.


8. SELLER IMPACT & ENFORCEMENT #

Violations by sellers may result in:

  • Removal of reviews or ratings
  • Listing suppression
  • Account warnings
  • Suspension or termination
  • Withholding of funds

9. LICENSE TO USE USER CONTENT #

By submitting User Content, users grant Kingston Express a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.


10. NO ENDORSEMENT #

Reviews and ratings reflect individual opinions and do not represent endorsements by Kingston Express.

Kingston Express does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of User Content.


11. POLICY UPDATES #

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
